A half-day workshop with CEOs from several non-competing organizations. You partner with AI on a real problem from your own organization and leave with a usable plan of action.
Step 2
AI Forge
Six months of working together, for you as CEO, for your leadership team, or both. The promise: every employee using AI every week, your first wins paying off, and a scorecard that proves it.
Step 3
After month 6
You choose what comes next: continued coaching, help working with vendors, or a governance retainer.
You can even join a community of other CEOs solving other leadership problems.
