I’m Todd Girvin — a former founder and CEO turned executive coach and Vistage Chair.
For most of my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, leadership, and organizational growth. I’ve built entrepreneurial companies, led teams through complexity, and partnered with leaders facing the kinds of decisions that don’t have obvious answers. My work has long focused on helping leaders and organizations learn faster, think more clearly, and achieve better results through continuous improvement and intentional leadership.
But my commitment to innovation and leadership isn’t only professional — it’s personal.
I wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for modern science and medicine. Combined with my natural interest in innovation, that reality has profoundly shaped how I think about responsibility, progress, and the role leaders play in shaping the future. It’s why I’m drawn to organizations applying innovative solutions — whether through science, technology, or just new ways of working — to make the world better for the people they serve.
That drive ultimately led to the creation of Futuremakers.
My purpose is simple, but not easy:
to help intentional leaders of innovative organizations
make the world a better place for generations to come.
I do that by creating environments where leaders can step out of isolation, build trust with each other, think deeply with peers, be challenged by different perspectives, and ultimately make better and more confident decisions.
Futuremakers is not about having the right answers.
It’s about helping leaders to ask better questions, see more clearly, manage risk, and lead with courage when it matters most.
